We have your first look at the Guildford Aquatic Centre, a 75,000 square foot expansion to the Recreation Centre designed by Bing Thom Architects. The pool is planned to become a destination location and is large enough for competitive swimming events. In addition to a 52m lap pool, there will be a therapeutic area, lazy river, and toddler section. The project also includes 2600 square feet of expanded fitness space, a new lobby, 300 spectator seats, and a new two level parkade.
