EXCLUSIVE: First Look at Bosa’s downtown towers
Bosa is moving swiftly to enter the downtown condo market. Its first two of six planned towers are moving through the design stage right now at City Hall and we have an exclusive first look at the project.
The development will be split into two phases, the first of which will include a tower and townhomes on the north end of the property, with a total of 257 units. The second phase will feature a tower and commercial building on the south end of the property with 302 units and 6,900 square feet of commercial space.

This is close to the new city hall and I think this is close to the Old Brick building. I’ve noticed that City Parkway doesn’t connect at 104th Ave even though they are called the same street. I hope the city corrects that around the same time Bosa develops this project

this is right across the street from the new city hall
Also the city does plan to eventually fix the connection of city parkway at 104 ave.
