Following the outstanding success of the covered youth skate park at the Chuck Bailey Recreation Centre downtown, the City is planning to build a second one the Cloverdale Fairgrounds.

Planning has already begun on the new skate park, which will be located on an empty lot between the Millennium Amphitheatre Park and the new Cloverdale Recreation Centre. This new facility will be Cloverdale’s third skate park. It is expected to be open for use in the Fall of 2013. You can follow the project and add you input at the City’s website.
