The development that first touted Surrey as the next Yaletown is set to begin construction on its third building. The developers, Tien Sher, have been the most steady of the major players in the City Centre, with the recession seemingly having had no effect whatsoever on their timeline.
Quattro 3, to be built on the corner of 108 Ave and Whalley Drive, will feature a wide array of unit sizes, from studios to 2 bedrooms, all starting at $139,000, making it some of the cheapest condos in the region. The low price of entry led to unprecedented sales of the last two phases in record time.
Quattro has been planned as a eight phased project. The first four phases consist of low-rise buildings east of Whalley Drive, while the final four phases have been envisioned to consist of high rise towers west of Whalley Drive.

I dropped by the presentation center on thursday and found out that quattro 3 will be 5 stories. They have some live/work lofts as well which will be interesting to see when it's complete.
