According to an article in the Surrey Now, the Chuck Bailey Rec Centre (aka: the Surrey Games Preparation Centre) is nearly complete. It is scheduled to open in November.
Meanwhile, the old Tom Binnie Community Centre next door has been gutted and will be demolished in the coming weeks.
