D’Corize development
The tower is nearly complete. A second tower, D’Corous, is a co-development with the City set to be build adjacent to D’Corize.

Evo development
Phase 1 of Evo is almost done. People are living in the units. Landscaping is what remains to be done. Evo Phase 2 is set to be constructed adjacent to the first phase.

Quattro development
Phase 2 of Quattro was burnt down last fall. It is set to be rebuilt by March. Phase 1, which was slightly damaged, is quite nearly complete, with landscaping, and perhaps interiors to be finished.
