Council moved forward four more big developments on September 29.
- A single storey, 15 500 square foot commercial building built to LEED Gold standard. The building will contain office space to be occupied by the Ministry of Labour and Citizen’s Services, along with a retail component yet to be leased.

102 Ave & West Whalley Ring Road
- 637 apartment units within 3 high rise buildings in Guildford. We previously reported on this project.

149 St & 101 A Ave
- Holland Pointe – three high rise apartment buildings with ground residential townhouses and lower level commercial space along King George. It will be built in three phases, with the final building set to be a signature tower. The development will include the extension of 98 B Ave through to East Whalley Ring Road.

- Gateway Urban Office Park. Two office buildings and two high rise apartment towers, all built to LEED Gold standard. One office building will be 21 storeys with 305 000 square foot of office space, along with ground floor retail. The second office building will be 11 storeys with 195 000 square foot of office space, along with ground floor retail. One residential tower will be 32 storeys with 250 units, while the other will be 25 storeys with 200 units.
