Just to give a little peek at one of the major parts of the 2008 budget that’s under construction right now:
The third ice sheet is expected to relieve the high demand for ice time from both Cloverdale and across the city. It’s being built behind the existing two arenas as part of the Surrey Sports and Leisure Complex in Fleetwood.
